3L Fermentation Jar

 3L Fermentation Jar

Perfect for Lacto-fermenting vegetables or brewing small volumes of beer, mead or cider.

Make your own Sauerkraut, Kimchi, Kombucha and more.  Lacto-fermented vegetables are full of probiotics, promoting gut health.

This  3 liter jar comes with an airlock that should be filled with water.  The water act as a barrier for air and contaminants getting inside the fermentation. At the same time it allows for CO2 to escape through the water as fermentation takes place.

• Metal screw lid
• Dishwasher safe glass
• Airlock and washer included
• Plastic Mesh press (food grade) to submerge contents

Recommend purchasing either No Rinse Sanitiser or Acidisan to sterilize your bottles prior fermentation..
